What motivated you to pursue a career in insurance with Engle Martin, specifically in the field of claims adjusting?
I pursued a career in claims adjusting with Engle Martin because of the dynamic and flexible nature of the role. It is evident to me that a career in claims adjusting with Engle Martin not only offers job security but the opportunity for professional growth, and avenues to expand one’s knowledge on a daily basis. I have found that the job satisfaction that comes with helping claimants throughout the claims process is deeply rewarding and fulfilling.
What advice would you give to someone considering a career in insurance, based on your experiences so far?
I would say it is important to maintain a mindset of eagerness and openness to learning. Seasoned teammates, with their wealth of experience, serve as invaluable mentors to help excel in your role. Always aim to build strong connections with your team.
