March 2023 Women’s History Month –Tanya Kalby and Shandi Berridge

Engle Martin’s Women’s Empowerment Network (WEN) is excited to take part in Women’s History Month! Women’s History Month is a celebration of women’s contributions to history, culture, and society. It has been observed annually in the month of March in the United States since 1987. This year’s theme for Women’s History Month is “Celebrating Women Who Tell Stories” which recognizes women who have used their voice to share stories that empower, entertain, and educate individuals. This month, join us each week, as we recognize outstanding women inside our organization. This week, we are excited to spotlight Tanya Kalby, Executive Casualty General Adjuster, and Shandi Berridge, Claims Administrator!

Tanya Kalby

Tanya Kalby is an Executive Casualty General Adjuster within the National Casualty Practice and she has been with Engle Martin for 9 years. This year’s theme for Women’s History Month, Celebrating Women Who Tell Our Stories,  resonates with her because of the strong women that paved the way for women of her generation and generations that follow. She noted how overwhelming it is to think about the progress and barriers women have overcome in the past 100 years. Click here to read more.
